Order Verification (Cash on Delivery)
Al Jannat Garments reserves the right to withhold shipment of any Cash on Delivery (COD) order that has not been verified by the customer.
For COD orders, you may receive an automated verification call or confirmation message. Please follow the instructions provided to confirm your order. Unverified orders may be cancelled without prior notice.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Customers are requested to remain available on the contact number provided during checkout so our team can reach them if required.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before processing due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or out-of-stock items
- Pricing discrepancies
- Technical or system errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
- During sales, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or high-volume periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
Delivery Charges
Local Orders (Pakistan)
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders nationwide unless otherwise stated during promotional offers.
International Orders
- International shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, city, and package weight.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges, if any, will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment through the courier's tracking portal using the provided tracking number.

Please note that Al Jannat Garments cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or postal services, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders Above Rs. 20,000
For orders exceeding Rs. 20,000, advance payment is required before order processing and dispatch. Our customer support team will contact you with payment instructions. Orders will only be confirmed and shipped after payment has been successfully received and verified.
